Product Description

The CytoSinct Anti-biotin Nanobeads are used for in vitro enrichment or depletion of cells labeled with one or a cocktail of biotinylated antibody or ligand from fresh or frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), leukapheresis products, or single-cell suspension.
To begin the isolation, biotinylated primary antibody or ligand are added to the cells for labeling, then CytoSinct Anti-biotin Nanobeads are added. The cells/beads mixed suspension is loaded onto a CytoSinct column placed in the Cyto Sinct magnet, or other compatible columns with a magnet.
The cells labeled with Nanobeads are retained within the column and unlabeled cells are flushed out during the wash step. After removing the column from the magnetic field, the retained labeled cells can be eluted as the positively selected cell fraction.
